Job summary

GDI.com in Dearborn, MI is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations, train staff, and ensure cleaning quality and safety standards are met.

This role requires background in custodial supervision, experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Union staff management experience is a plus.

• Must be reliable and detail-oriented.

Requirements:

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen.
• 90-day probationary period.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
