Job summary

GDI Services Inc US in Dearborn, MI seeks a capable supervisor to lead a janitorial team and oversee daily cleaning activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will train and mentor workers on procedures and equipment, operate and maintain cleaning gear, monitor supplies, and communicate with management for smooth operations. Prior union staff experience is a plus; a 90-day probation is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning machines/equipment is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be reliable and detail-oriented.

Requirements:

• Must successfully pass a background check.

Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
