Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a Working Janitorial Supervisor for a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift at our manufacturing facility in Clinton, NC.

The role involves managing the janitorial team, hiring and training staff, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for clients and staff. You will oversee daily workflows, schedule assignments, and conduct inspections while maintaining strong communication with the client and facility personnel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.
• Experience managing janitorial operations.
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned shift or site.
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff.
• Oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments of cleaners.
