Allegiance Industries, Inc. seeks a Janitorial Site Manager to lead a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shift at a manufacturing facility. You will interview, hire, train, and supervise janitorial staff, while ensuring safe, clean, and compliant operations on site.

The role requires 2–5 years of supervisory janitorial experience, strong organization and communication skills, and a customer-focused service mindset. We welcome candidates who can work independently and align with company values.
