Job summary

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking a Working Carpentry Foreman to lead on-site crews, manage daily activities, and work alongside their team to keep construction projects running smoothly in Southern New Hampshire.

This hands-on role requires strong carpentry skills, blueprint-reading ability, and the leadership to coordinate materials and safety on site. Travel within approximately one hour of Nashua is expected, with competitive pay and ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Carpentry Foreman or Lead Carpenter.
• Strong hands-on carpentry skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate work effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within approximately one hour of Nashua, NH.
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
