Job summary

Steri-Clean in the United States is hiring a Working Field Supervisor to lead restoration projects involving biohazard and hoarding cleanup. You will guide teams, ensure safety protocols, and manage day-to-day field operations from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction, and are prepared for physical work, on-call nights, and weekend coverage in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have a valid STATE driver’s license; an MVR will be run
• Must be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods
• Must be on call some nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation to our office (work vehicles provided)
• Must have working cell phone
• Must possess basic financial acumen
• Must have 2+ years' experience in the restoration industry

Responsibilities

• Communication: explain procedures, services, policies; document site projects (photos and paperwork) for Project Manager
• Safety Manager: stay updated on safety laws; ensure technicians follow safety measures; keep warehouse compliant
• Warehouse Manager: maintain inventory levels; keep warehouse organized; notify when e-waste, biohazard, or donations need pickup
• Vehicle Maintenance: report vehicle issues; monitor oil changes; coordinate with management and mechanics for repairs

Job Summary

As a working field supervisor at , you'll respond to biohazard, trauma, hoarding, and extreme cleaning scenes. You will lead projects that genuinely help people through some of their hardest moments, while following strict safety protocols and company procedures from start to finish.

This is a physically demanding, emotionally mature role that rewards people who take pride in doing hard work well. If you have previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction, you may be a good fit.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communication
  • Able to reason and communicate with clients in explaining procedures, services, policies, etc.
  • Documenting site projects (photos and paperwork) for Project Manager
• Safety Manager
  • Keeping up to date on new safety laws
  • Ensure working technicians follow all safety measures
  • Making sure the warehouse is always in compliance
• Warehouse Manager
  • Assuring proper inventory levels at all times
  • Warehouse is kept in a highly organized functional state
  • Management is notified when e-waste, biohazard, and/or donations need to be picked up
• Vehicle Maintenance
  • Notify Management when there is an issue with any vehicle
  • Monitor oil changes
