Job summary

Steri-Clean Central Texas is seeking a General Field Technician to respond to biohazard, trauma, and other cleaning scenes, with full training provided. You will work on residential and commercial properties, following strict safety protocols from start to finish.

This physically demanding role emphasizes reliability, a strong work ethic, and a desire to build a career within a promote-from-within culture. Prior cleaning/restoration experience is a plus, and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must live within 45 min. of the office which you are applying for.
• Previous experience with power tools, construction, or restoration.
• Must be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods.
• Must be able to be on On-Call schedule some nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to our office (work vehicles provided).
• Must have working cell phone.

As a General Field Technician at Steri-Clean Central Texas, you'll respond to biohazard, trauma, animal and human feces and urine, water and mold remediation, hoarding, and extreme cleaning scenes. You will be doing work that genuinely helps people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. You'll work to safely clean, remediate, and restore residential and commercial properties, following strict safety protocols and company procedures from start to finish.

This is a physically demanding, emotionally mature role that rewards people who take pride in doing hard work well. No prior industry experience is required — we provide full training. What we're looking for is reliability, a strong work ethic, and someone who wants to build a career with a company that promotes from within. If you have previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction, you may be an even better fit.
