Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Adobe Workfront Administrator to optimize enterprise workflows and governance. You will configure workflows, forms, intake processes, and drive platform adoption across portfolios, programs, projects and resources.

Key strengths include problem-solving, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into scalable Workfront solutions. Certification in Workfront or commitment to earn them is preferred; experience with Workfront Fusion and AEM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront Administration experience.
• Experience configuring workflows, custom forms, intake processes, and governance models.
• Knowledge of portfolios, programs, projects, tasks, issues, and resource management.
• Experience improving business processes and operational workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Adobe Workfront certifications or a desire to earn them.
• Experience supporting enterprise users and driving platform adoption.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable Workfront solutions.
• Workfront Fusion experience is a bonus.
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) exposure is a bonus.
• Content Supply Chain experience is a bonus.
• API and integration experience is a bonus.
• Change management and training experience is a bonus.
• Additional Adobe certifications are a bonus.
