Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in developing organizational training programs.
• Ability to work independently and with a team on varied assignments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem solving abilities; prioritize needs.
• Self-directed, detail oriented with a sense of ownership and urgency.
• Experience with learning management software administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training to improve workforce performance.
• Develop and maintain new employee and job-specific training for all departments.
• Assist with LMS accuracy and employee transcripts; resolve LMS issues.
• Ensure classroom activities are relevant and tracked in transcripts.
• Provide management reports on training completion and overdue training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and business unit functions.
• Develop e-learning methods to improve department training.
• Develop curriculum to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver classroom instruction across subjects.
• Schedule and conduct general and technical training for all employees.
• Create new training materials reflecting updated content and engagement.
