Job Summary: The Workforce Solutions Sales Executive position is within Prolink’s Workforce Solutions department and partners with key stakeholders to lead strategy development and implementation for securing and managing business opportunities in a designated territory. Focus will be on identifying and cultivating large system MSP opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects, secure business opportunities, and onboard new clients within a geographic territory
  • Develop an understanding of client needs and competitor capabilities and services while leveraging Prolink talent and value proposition
  • Conduct thorough territory review and develop a game plan for the designated territory
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects
  • Lead business development efforts for RFI & RFP opportunities
  • Manage communication between clients and internal Prolink stakeholders
  • Guide and assist in all contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with Prolink KPI’s
  • Successfully transition new clients through the initial phase of implementation
  • Responsible for weekly game plan
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Willing and able to travel at least 30% of the time
  • 5+ years of healthcare staffing experience
  • Experience with developing new sales pipelines
  • Excellent networking, relationship building, customer service, and communication skills
  • Able to leverage existing network of contacts
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks
  • High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values

Preferences: Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration. Candidates with diverse qualifications will also be considered.
