The Workforce Investment Board (WIB) in Visalia is seeking a skilled administrator to supervise staff and oversee workforce development programs. The role focuses on adult programs, business services, compliance with federal, state, and county rules, and effective budget and grant management.
Candidates should have a public or business administration degree and at least five years of relevant administrative experience in job training or workforce development.
This classification which is in the non-competitive (At-Will) service of the County and is appointed by and serves at the will of the Executive Director for the Workforce Investment Board (WIB).

Candidates selected will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Additionally, a background investigation may also be conducted, which may include a re-investigation every 10 years for some positions.
