  • Experience in development, management, and enforcement of multi-site scheduling and payroll processes.
  • Experience in use of scheduling systems or other standard tools to report on and analyze staffing level compliance, time punch compliance, and overtime utilization.

This role partners with Operations, Finance, Data Services, IT, and People teams to improve volume forecasting accuracy, optimize staffing strategies, and drive consistent scheduling practices that support operational performance and growth. As the business owner of workforce management processes and systems, the Program Manager uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure effective workforce planning across the Company, a multi-site healthcare organization. Base Salary Range: $73,200/year to $100,696/yearThe range above reflects the good-faith compensation range the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, education, geographic location, and other business-related factors.
