OU Health is seeking a Clinical Support Assistant/Care Team Associate for the Medicine Specialty Step-down unit. The role involves under RN supervision performing routine patient-care tasks, monitoring health status, handling basic treatments, and supporting admissions, discharges, and transports.
Multiple levels (I–III) may apply based on qualifications and business needs. HS Diploma or GED required with Basic Life Support certification; CPCT/PCTC/AUA credentials may apply at higher levels.

This position may be filled as an Clinical Support Assistant or Care Team Associate Level I, II, or III depending on individual qualifications, experience, and business need. Under general supervision of a registered nurse, performs routine tasks in patient care.
Performs other duties as assigned.
