What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain comprehensive staffing models for Operations Service/Call Centers
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Training, HR, Finance, and Expense business partners regarding staffing and capacity planning
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers of change
- Communicate capacity needs, risks, and opportunities through planning meetings
- Develop benchmarking metrics to assess staffing efficiency and productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in quantitative analysis and/or workforce modeling in a professional environment
- Service Operations/Contact Center experience and/or business forecasting experience
- Strong quantitative and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with workforce planning tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Advanced skills in data mining, analysis, and presentation
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills
- Experience with IEX and other workforce planning tools
