FIT is seeking instructors to teach remotely on UX Design. The User Experience Design Certificate Program is a distance-learning course aimed at creative professionals seeking to advance their careers in UX design. The curriculum covers UX workflow, research methodologies, ideation, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing, providing a comprehensive education to foster career growth.

Responsibilities

• Teach Design Thinking, UX workflows, research methods, analysis, empathy interviews, customer journey visualization, personas, scenarios, sitemaps, wireframes, wireflows, prototypes, usability testing, microinteractions, UI principles, and portfolio preparation.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, communications, multimedia, information technology, or related fields.
• Experience in technology and communications roles aligned with UX design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in relevant fields.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Mental: Read, comprehend, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason, analyze, and write frequently. Physical: Sit, stand, walk frequently; occasional lifting (<10 lbs), reaching.

Work Environment
