Job summary

Black Box, a global leader in IT solutions, seeks a Senior Workforce Manager to drive operations planning for mission-critical data centers. You will lead 24/7 scheduling, optimize capacity, and collaborate with site teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years in WFM/ops, 3–5+ years of leadership, and strong Excel/SQL modeling. Experience with Kronos/UKG, NICE, or Workday is a plus. This role is based in Plano, TX with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations Planning, or similar roles.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing WFM or operations teams.
• Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical environments (data centers, telecom, cloud, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous 24/7/365 availability of data center infrastructure and power/cooling (MEP).
• Lead and schedule data center technicians and site support teams.
• Track hardware installations, cabling layouts, server migrations, and DCIM software.

• Operations & Uptime: Ensure continuous 24/7/365 availability of servers, network infrastructure, storage systems, and power/cooling (MEP) plants.
• Workforce & Team Management: Lead and schedule data center technicians, critical facility engineers, and site support teams.

Required
