Job summary

Aerotek in Cypress, TX is seeking an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office and contract staff, and to oversee the temporary workforce at the client site. The role focuses on profitability, reporting, and ensuring quality contractors, with a base salary of $54,000–$60,000 and a $2,000 bonus potential, plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and family leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees; attend client production and staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Perform various customer service related activities.
