Job summary

A leading company is looking for a Senior Workforce Management Developer for a 6-month contract-to-hire position based in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves developing solution interfaces, building WFM functionality, and supporting system migrations. Candidates should be local to PA or NJ and have strong experience in Infor WFM and Groovy scripting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workbrain or Infor WFM Time & Attendance.
• Familiarity with Infor File Creation Utility and Data Replication.
• Experience with Groovy scripting and SSRS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop inbound/outbound interfaces for time & attendance using XML, Groovy.
• Build and configure WFM functionality: pay rules, accrual rules, schedules.
• Support migration from Kronos (UKG) WFC to Infor WFM.

Job Title: Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Developers

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Primarily Remote – Monthly Onsite Meetings Required)

Need Local of PA or NJ

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Develop inbound/outbound interfaces for time & attendance using XML, Groovy, etc.
• Build and configure WFM functionality: pay rules, accrual rules, schedules
• Support migration from Kronos (UKG) WFC to Infor WFM
• Perform day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and documentation related to WFM modules
• Develop reports in SSRS, particularly during the Crystal Reports to SSRS conversion
• Create and manage system documentation in Confluence
• Collaborate with other IT areas as needed (security systems, LMS, badge systems, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with Workbrain or Infor WFM Time & Attendance
• Familiarity with Infor File Creation Utility and Data Replication
• Experience with Groovy scripting
• SSRS reporting and SQL (T-SQL/SSIS) knowledge
