Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking a Workforce Management Systems Analyst to oversee WFM tools and software, forecast demand, and optimize staffing for luxury retail delivery. Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with workforce management concepts, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the workforce management system and upgrades.
• Configure and utilize WFM software to suit evolving operations.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate gaps, risks, and recommendations.
• Manage capacity planning, staffing, and scheduling to meet service levels and budgets.
• Create and adjust ambassador schedules, document changes, and ensure intraday adjustments.
• Analyze weekly, daily, and hourly forecasts and variance reports; monitor real-time KPIs.
• Communicate performance variances and corrective actions to leadership.
