Role Overview:
The Workforce Learning System and Assessment Coordinator provides day-to-day operational support and coordination for Indiana Adult Education’s professional development activities, workforce learning systems, career exploration resources, and assessment platforms. The position serves as a primary operational point of contact for Adult Education providers, instructors, workforce partners, vendors, and other system users.Working under the direction of the Director of Workforce Learning Systems, the Coordinator ensures that assigned systems and professional development activities are effectively administered, users receive timely assistance, training resources remain current, and operational issues are identified and resolved.
