Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner for the Data, Technology & AI organization in Boston, reporting to the CDIO. You will shape the talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership development to enable AI-driven transformation across the enterprise.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, performance management, and change leadership, leveraging data and AI to inform decisions and delivery outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience partnering with Data/Tech/AI teams in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of Data/Technology/AI operating models and organizational implications.
• Proven ability to leverage data, analytics, and AI to identify trends, inform decisions, drive accountability, and improve outcomes.
• Advanced expertise in organizational effectiveness, change leadership, culture shaping, and organization design.
• Deep experience in strategic workforce planning, including capability development, succession planning, and long-term talent strategies.
• Track record of developing and implementing forward-thinking, enterprise-level HR strategies with broad organizational impact.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years of progressive HR experience (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the CDIO and Data/Tech/AI leadership to translate business, technology, and AI strategy into a prioritized people agenda.
• Lead change to embed the operating model across the enterprise and drive adoption of new decision rights and governance.
• Architect Data/Tech/AI organization design and effectiveness, improving delivery velocity and accountability.
• Own talent strategy and role architecture across enterprise; drive succession depth and pathways for critical capabilities.
• Elevate leadership and team performance through executive coaching and structured leadership journeys.
