Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated trainer-coach to develop essential workplace skills and support individuals in achieving performance goals. The role emphasizes coaching, clear communication with service providers, and maintaining accurate case files.

The candidate should be proficient with office software, able to manage priorities, and adaptable to changing tasks. Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software.
• Strong communication skills including listening, verbal and written; capable of presenting.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt with flexibility.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities
