Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking an Accommodation Manager to oversee a Wisconsin facility on a 5 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. You will lead the on-site management team, drive financial planning, policy implementation, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

We value 5+ years of management experience, strong English communication, leadership, and a teamwork mindset. Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent prioritization and time management.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home.
• Background check and urinalysis required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of a facility including financial planning and reporting.
• Develop and implement operating policies and ensure compliance.
• Coach and develop the on-site management team.
• Manage assets and ensure optimal utilization.
• Ensure safety culture and OSHA/regulations compliance.
• Maintain daily manager reports and head office submissions.
• Deliver world-class guest service.
• Collaborate with staff and customers to maintain positive image.
• Complete all required paperwork on time.
• Attend safety meetings and emergency procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
