The role involves evaluating training needs, making recommendations, developing, implementing, and delivering training programs. Reporting to the CHRO, this position oversees strategies and initiatives to develop and enhance workforce skills, ensuring employees have the necessary knowledge to perform effectively and meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, development, implementation, and delivery of training programs.
• Identify skill gaps, design curricula, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify current and future skills gaps.
• Assess employee performance and training requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to align training with business goals.
• Develop talent through identifying high-potential employees and creating career paths.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials.
