The Center for Business and Industry is hiring part-time instructors for the Leadership & Management Development track, with topics including Leadership, Communications, Conflict Resolution, Supervision, DEI, and Microsoft Office. Travel to NCC campuses is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a regionally accredited Institution.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, extensive experience may be considered.
• Substantive business and management experience in topical areas required.

Responsibilities

• The role will teach Workforce Development training for incumbent workers.
• Topics taught include Leadership and Management, Communications, Conflict Resolution, Supervision, DEI, and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates must be available to teach Monday through Friday during business hours.
