Northampton Community College seeks part-time contract instructors for Workforce Development training in Quality Management / Leadership & Management Development. The role focuses on leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and related topics, with travel between NCC campuses.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree (or substantial experience in business and management) and can teach Monday–Friday during business hours, with flexibility to travel to campuses and local facilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required from a regionally accredited Institution.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, extensive experience may be considered.
• Substantive business and management experience in topical areas required.

Mansioni

• Teach Leadership & Management Development track and related topics.
• Be available to teach Monday through Friday during business hours.
• Travel to NCC campuses and possibly to local business facilities.
