Job summary

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Work Development Specialist to join our Panama City team supporting workforce development programs and government-led training initiatives.

You will support program managers, maintain transcripts and Individual Development Plans, monitor training requirements, schedule events in Waypoints and Teams, produce reports, and provide admin support across LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development or government training programs.
• Proficiency with LMS systems, data reporting, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills across levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Panama City Division in program management and workforce initiatives.
• Provide guidance on Waypoints, TWMS, and the Human Capital Center website.
• Assist with transcripts, development plans, and training tracking.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person training events.
• Monitor attendance, maintain rosters, and manage wait lists.
• Generate reports from authorized systems and provide administrative support.
