Job summary

DT Professional Services is seeking a Training and Development Specialist (Management Analyst I) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command’s competency training program and workforce development internal and external programming.

The position requires an active Secret Clearance and proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint Online,

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF).
• Experience in customer service and professional office setting.
• Proactive, highly organized, punctual with a track record of high-quality work within deadlines.
• Takes initiative and collaborates effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research for workforce development programs and opportunities.
• Assist with training classes and related tasks for competency programs.
• Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce.
• Develop and maintain program metrics.
• Create SOPs and Statements of Work.
• Other duties as assigned.
