Job summary

You will supervise trainers, design CAP and ES&H training, and align delivery with project timelines and budgets to support craft professionals from apprentices to foremen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8–14 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to define goals and deliverables on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Experience managing workforce development and ES&H training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project trainers and WFD administrators.
• Develop training and assessment programs for project needs.
• Coordinate with onboarding and craft requisition processes.
• Monitor classes, schedules, and instructor evaluations.
• Collaborate with Union Training Centers as required.
• Analyze training data and report to management.
