It supports preparing for college or entering the workforce by offering practical experiences and guidance.

Participants rotate through three tracks—Health and Wellness, Youth Development, and Member Experience—plus mentorship, networking, and access to YMCA

• Be eligible to work in the United States and provide proper documentation
• Be able to complete a minimum of 250 program hours during the cohort

Our Workforce Development Program is research-driven and designed to prepare students for success in today’s workforce. Through a combination of career readiness training, hands-on experience, and professional mentorship, participants walk away with valuable skills, meaningful connections, and a stronger sense of confidence in their future.

What You’ll Gain

Eligibility Requirements
