WGNSTAR, ABM's semiconductor workforce partner, seeks a Workforce Development Coordinator to coordinate nationwide apprenticeship programs, manage the LMS, and advance talent mobility. You will collaborate with HR, TA, and operations to build scalable development pipelines and monitor program effectiveness.

The role is a contract position (up to 6 months) with 30–35 hours per week, office-based with hybrid options in Chandler or Tempe, AZ. Pay is $19–$22/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs, projects, workforce development initiatives, apprenticeships, or HR-related activities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate administration and execution of nationwide apprenticeship programs.
• Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management System.
• Support career pathway initiatives and internal talent development.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
