**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)**

Position: Workforce Developer – Full Time

Location: Ledyard, CT

Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Schedule: Varied days, between 7:30am-4:00pm

Summary

• Provides orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities, working alongside individuals with disabilities in a worksite or community-based employer. S/he implements employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assures job is performed to specifications.
