Viability is seeking a compassionate and organized Community Living Support Professional 2 to join our full-time team in Pittsfield, MA. You will provide direct care to adults with mild intellectual disabilities in community and home settings, facilitating recreational activities and helping participants reach personal goals.

**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)**

Position: Community Living Support Professional 2 - Full Time

Location:Pittsfield, MA

Rate of Pay:$22.92 per hour

Hours:40 Hours per week; Monday - Friday mostly 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility for weekend hours as needed

Summary:

• This is a 40-hour direct care position working with adults with mild intellectual disabilities both in the community and in their homes. You will be doing recreational and skill building activities, supporting individuals to meet their goals. Schedule to be determined but likely mostly weekdays with a few possible evenings and 1 weekend day. You must enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, have basic computer skills, be creative, and like to have fun! Prior experience with this population is a plus but not required- as we will provide training. Come join our supportive team and make a difference!

Qualifications:

• High School/GED or HiSET plus 1 year related experience and/or training.
