The Department of Administration's Office of Technology & Information Services (OTIS) is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the team. OTIS oversees the state’s federated model for implementing, enhancing, and protecting information technology (IT) resources and the utilization of IT shared services across agencies. In this role you will work with IT leaders, business stakeholders, finance, reporting, and operational teams to document requirements, improve processes, support demand intake, define reporting needs, and prepare decision-ready materials. You will be responsible for translating business needs, operational challenges, and leadership priorities into clear requirements, documented processes, decision-ready analysis, and actionable recommendations.
This position is onsite in Columbia, SC.

Three (3) years of experience as a business analyst in a large-scale technology environment.
