Responsibilities include coordinating employee schedules, monitoring staffing needs, communicating updates to employees and managers, maintaining scheduling records, tracking attendance and availability, and supporting managers with routine coordination tasks.
Candidates should have prior experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, operations, or administration, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication, follow-up abilities, comfort with spreadsheets and scheduling systems, and the ability to manage shifting priorities are important. Experience with workforce management software or multi-location coordination is a plus, and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
