The Unemployment Insurance (UI) division at the IDOL has an exciting opportunity for multiple full-time Claims Specialist (Workforce Consultant) positions. These positions will be located in Boise. These positions are instrumental in administering Idaho's unemployment benefits program and assisting individuals in person with questions regarding Unemployment Insurance and navigating the UI program. The ideal candidates will have strong oral communications skills, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, high tolerance to stress, can work independently and has ability to work proficiently with computers and software programs.
