Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business analysis or a related field.
• Significant experience with people analytics, workforce reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with statutory returns and benchmarking (HESA/UECA) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workforce analytics, statutory reporting and benchmarking.
• Analyse and interpret people data, identify trends and provide insights for planning and inclusion initiatives.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Payroll and IT to ensure data quality and governance.
