Job summary

NexRep is a leading provider of dynamic virtual contact center solutions. The Operations Data Analyst role supports workforce optimization, forecasting contact volumes, staffing needs, and performance reporting for US and overseas operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytics background, advanced Excel skills, and working knowledge of SQL. You will collaborate with Operations and Client Services to drive data-driven decisions and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Analytical-minded and value data-driven decisions.
• 3+ years in an analytical role.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end workforce management for assigned accounts.
• Create daily to annual forecasts and monitor accuracy.
• Recommend staffing levels and project staffing gaps.
• Analyze KPIs and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Provide insights at client meetings and internal reviews.
