About The Role

We are seeking a Workflow Engineer focused on leveraging AI tools to streamline and elevate operational processes across Serotonin’s global business. You will identify opportunities, architect workflows, and deploy AI-driven solutions that scale with our operations. This role reports directly to the General Partner and collaborates closely with senior leadership to drive automation, reduce manual tasks, and empower teams with smarter systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems, RPA, document processing).
• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent workflows using low-code/no-code platforms and custom code.
• Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT models) on internal data for specific tasks.
• Integrate systems via APIs for seamless data flow.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and ROI.
• Document systems and processes for operational clarity.
• Train teams on new workflows and tools for sustainability.
• Stay current on AI and automation tech, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years in workflow automation, systems engineering, or related roles focusing on AI tools.
• Knowledge of crypto and financial markets.
• Experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, UiPath, LangChain).
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Understanding of business process modeling and data flow.
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate tools.
• Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and project management tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Self-motivated and organized, eager to scale a high-impact organization.
