Protiviti India is seeking an experienced Automation & Business Analysis professional to lead end-to-end automation projects across banking and financial services. You will analyze processes, design scalable automation, and implement workflows using n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, or UiPath.

The role involves designing Agentic AI solutions, integrating systems with Python/JavaScript, and ensuring governance and compliance within automation, testing, and deployment cycles.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, or Technology Consulting.
• Experience delivering automation initiatives in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on with workflow orchestration tools and coding.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, or Technology Consulting.

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Good coding skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, JSON, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, and Multi-Agent Architectures.
• Understanding of Payments, Reconciliation, Transaction Processing, Operational Controls, Exception Management, and Audit Processes.
• Strong awareness of maker-checker controls and governance requirements.
