Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. seeks a highly organized Workers' Compensation Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-paced employer/defense practice. You will assist attorneys with case files, hearings, and client communications while maintaining meticulous electronic records.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a paralegal or legal assistant, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems. Experience with workers' compensation or civil litigation is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience reviewing medical records and litigation documents preferred.
• Workers' compensation, insurance defense, employment law, or civil litigation experience strongly preferred.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Litigation Paralegal to support our employer/defense workers' compensation practice. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in managing a high-volume caseload, preparing matters for hearings, and maintaining strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage case files, deadlines, and hearing calendars.
• Prepare correspondence, motions, discovery, hearing exhibits, and other legal documents.
• Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and claim materials.
• Assist attorneys with Industrial Commission hearings and appeals.
