Job summary

Fort Wayne Orthopedics is seeking a part-time Practice PT Regular Staff to join our Fort Wayne team. The role supports patient care coordination three days per week, assisting with work status documentation and referrals.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, clinical licensure, and experience in orthopedic settings or workers' compensation. CMA/RMA/CCMA certification is preferred, with ATC/PTA credentials a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employers, case managers, workers’ comp carriers and travel medicine reps.

Position will also coordinate internal patient services and assist in developing new referral relationships. Prior orthopedic or workers compensation experience desired. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA), Athletic Trainer (ATC) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) preferred. Part-time, three days per week.
