Our Staff Counsel team is currently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney who resides in California. This position is remote based with in-person Board appearances as necessary.
Investigates and manages Workers’ Compensation cases from inception until conclusion through dismissal, settlement, or trial. Works with adjuster and clients to resolve claims as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. This is a Full Time / Exempt role.
