The ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense, with the ability to manage a full caseload of cases of varying complexity. This is a fully remote position offering a competitive salary.

Location:

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of workers' compensation defense cases.
• Represent clients in workers' compensation matters, including claims and litigation.
• Provide expert legal counsel and advice to clients regarding workers' compensation claims.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in hearings and trials as necessary.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with case strategy development.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring case progress is tracked and updates are provided.

Requirements:
