The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience defending workers’ compensation claims, excellent advocacy skills, and be licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Manage a workers' compensation litigation caseload
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners on legal projects
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and examinations under oath
• Communicate with clients and provide updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions
• Superb written and oral advocacy skills
• Licensed and in good standing in PA, NY, or NJ
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
