• Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in workers' compensation defense matters from assignment through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs and memos, and manage case documentation.

The Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel, LLP seeks workers' compensation attorneys throughout the State of California.
