Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish, including discovery and litigation. The role involves working closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. We are looking for an attorney with 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree
• Member of the California State Bar in good standing
• 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive case management approach
• Experience with Merus or Litify is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred but not required

• Location: Must reside in California, preferably Southern California or Bay Area
