Job summary

WorkCompCentral is hiring an attorney with some experience in workers' compensation defense for a hybrid role in Cypress, CA. The position requires managing a caseload and effective oral and written communication with adjusters, Judges and opposing counsel. Training is available and relocation is not required.

Located in Cypress near major freeways, a 25-mile commuting radius applies. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $135,000 per year, with incentive bonuses and a benefits package including 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Bar license.
• Experience in workers' compensation defense preferred; will train.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Cypress, CA; must reside within 25 miles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and coordinate with adjusters, Judges and opposing counsel.
• Communicate orally and in writing regarding cases.
• Participate in training opportunities provided by the firm.

Must be able to manage a caseload, communicate orally and in writing with adjusters, Judges and opposing counsel. Training available. Located in Cypress near the intersections of the 405, 22 and 605 Freeways. Must live within a reasonable distance, 25 miles maximum. Salary plus incentive bonuses and benefits. Salary range $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year. Benefits include 401(k), Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, paid time off, flexible hours and referral program. Monday-Friday, weekends as needed. Compensation: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year depending on experience, with additional billing bonus opportunities.
