Job summary

Great West, an Old Republic Company, is seeking an entry-level Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to build a career helping injured workers and employers navigate the workers’ compensation process.

You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching from experienced teammates while developing the skills to handle claims, negotiate settlements, and provide excellent customer service. The hybrid location is in South Sioux City, NE, with three days in office and two remote days.

No claims handling experience? No problem. We’ll invest in your success through hands‑on training, ongoing coaching, and support from experienced teammates. Bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, and we’ll help you build the skills to succeed.

You’ll learn to investigate claims, make informed decisions, and guide injured workers and employers through the workers’ compensation process. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll take on more responsibility and build a rewarding career.
