Summary

As a Sr. Liability Claims Adjuster, with a focus on being a litigation specialist for the region, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex bodily injury and liability claims while delivering exceptional service to insureds and claimants. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and litigation management skills to effectively assess exposure, manage claim costs, and achieve fair and timely claim resolutions.

Location

This position may be fully remote for qualified candidates or offered in a hybrid format, with three days in the office and two days remote, for those who live within commuting distance of any of our regional offices. Our regional offices are located in Arlington, TX; Bloomington, IN; Boise, ID; Knoxville, TN; and South Sioux City, NE. For candidates who are open to relocating, we offer a comprehensive relocation package to support the transition.

What You’ll Do

• Commercial transportation or trucking claims experience.
• 10+ years of liability claims handling experience.
• Experience handling complex or high-exposure bodily injury claims.
• Knowledge of negligence laws, medical terminology, and litigation practices. (to include first notice of lawsuits, in-person mediations, and in-person trial attendance).
• Industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, SCLA, or other insurance-related certifications.
• Multi-state claims handling experience.
